mkinfotech built the SpeakFlow: AI Voice Translator app as a Free app. This service is provided by mkinfotech at no cost and is intended to help users communicate in English using voice input, translation, AI-assisted language conversion, screen-text translation, and related speaking and writing features.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use SpeakFlow, why it is used, how it may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect and Process
SpeakFlow does not require you to create an account or provide personally identifiable information to use basic features, unless a particular feature requires it.
Depending on the features you use, the app may process:

2. AI and Translation Features
SpeakFlow may use artificial intelligence and language-processing services to translate text, convert spoken language into text, improve or rewrite English, generate natural English expressions, and provide other language-assistance features.
Depending on the feature and device, processing may occur on the device or through a third-party cloud service. When a cloud AI or translation service is used, the text, speech-recognition result, or other content required to provide the requested feature may be transmitted to that service for processing.
If Google Gemini, Firebase AI services, Google Speech services, or another Google service is used, information submitted to that service may be processed according to the applicable Google privacy policies, terms, and service-specific data handling practices.
AI-generated translations, rewrites, and language suggestions may contain mistakes. SpeakFlow is a language-assistance tool and users should review important translations or generated text before relying on them.
3. Microphone and Voice Data
SpeakFlow may request microphone permission when you choose voice-based translation, speech-to-text, voice input, speaking assistance, or other audio-related features.
The microphone is activated only for a feature that requires voice input and is initiated by the user. SpeakFlow does not intentionally use the microphone to continuously listen to users in the background.
Voice input may be converted to text using Android speech-recognition capabilities or a third-party speech-recognition service, depending on the feature implementation and device.
Where a third-party speech-recognition service is used, the audio or resulting speech data may be processed according to that provider's privacy policy.
4. Screen Text and Accessibility Features
Certain SpeakFlow features may allow you to select, capture, translate, or work with text displayed on your device screen.
If you enable an Android accessibility or related system permission, SpeakFlow may access screen content only as necessary to provide the feature you have requested, such as translating selected or displayed text.
SpeakFlow does not intentionally collect unrelated screen content for advertising or sell screen content to third parties.
Users should review Android's accessibility permission information before enabling such functionality and should disable the permission when the feature is no longer required.
5. Information Stored on Your Device
SpeakFlow may store certain information locally on your Android device to provide features such as language preferences, app settings, recent translations, selected languages, and other app data.

SpeakFlow does not intentionally provide the contents of your private voice conversations, translations, or screen text to advertisers for advertising purposes.

8. Log Data and Diagnostics

You can manage app permissions through Android Settings and can clear locally stored app data or uninstall the application.

SpeakFlow is intended as a general language, translation, and communication application and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly request or intentionally collect personal information from children under 13 through the app.
